asaply is a text-first assistant that searches nearby options, confirms timing and availability, and brings everyday errands to a payment-ready, completed state on your behalf.

3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use asaply.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5 Services and Transactions

asaply may place orders, arrange pickups, make reservations, and authorize payments with merchants and providers at your direction. You authorize us to act on the requests you send and remain responsible for the charges associated with completed tasks.
